Current research interest is in the area of investigation into lipid biochemistry, management of lipid disorders like hyperlipidaemia with the aid of indigenous fermented food materials. Study would also involve the mechanism of action through which this indigenous materials work, and effort towards elucidation of the active biomaterials involve.
